Inglewood House is located one block from Inglewood’s 9th Avenue, Calgary’s most exciting urban shopping, eating and strolling district.

Inglewood House is a modern 43 unit apartment building for active adults. It has been designed and built to exacting standards to allow the efficient use of space, light and energy to deliver comfort and style to residents. apartments achieve a sense of spaciousness, comfort and efficiency, judiciously utilizing the living area. To achieve this goal, our design team has thoughtfully used design elements to compliment the expansive ceilings resulting in an enhanced sense of volume. The heightened ceilings when coupled with abundant daylight made possible by magnificent windows maximize the perceived volume of space.

Inglewood House offers affordable living for active adults. A beautiful common room has been conceived to bring residents together for social activities and community dining events.
